Windows keyboard shortcuts are defined in the following support document: Keyboard shortcuts in Windows

To correctly get the Ctrl/Shift + Insert function, perform the steps provided below:

Enable fn (function) mode:

Press the fn + left shift key (in that sequence) to ensure the LED in the fn button lights up. (see image below).

With the fn LED On:

  1. Use and hold the Shift + Fn + Insert keys to get the Shift + Insert function.

  2. Use and hold the Ctrl + Fn + Insert keys to get the Ctrl + Insert function.
