The HP MFP Send Fax Driver allows for electronic documents to be faxed from a PC through an HP LaserJet MFP device. There is a defect where the cover page option is grayed out and not available in a Windows 7 64-Bit operating system.
In more basic applications, such as Notepad or WordPad, the cover page option is available. However, in more complex applications, such as Microsoft Office suite, the cover page is grayed out. All other supported operating systems whether 32-bit or 64-bit, including Windows 7 32-bit, do not have the problem. The problem is present in the latest HP MFP Send Fax Driver version 61.63.665.21.
