CALISTO P240-M: SUPPORTED SOFTPHONES
Microsoft Lync and other Plantronics software-supported softphones are supported by the Calisto P240-M. However, there are 2 exceptions to note:

Caller ID does not work with Avaya One-X

Cisco IP Communicator only supports call answer/end and audio.
