HP Designjet T920 T1500 ePrinter series - Replacing the Stacker Arm

Questions/Symptoms

Media jam caused by broken stacker arm
Rolls missing in the stacker arm assembly
Stacker arm damaged
Replace the stacker arm

Cause

Answer/Solution


1. Power Off the printer and check the stacker arms.
2. Push the stacker button located in the left and right side of the assembly as shown in the image below:


3. Pull up the assembly as shown in the pictures below:




4. Replace the new stacker assembly.




5. Check if the assembly is in the right position:
Good positioned


Wrong positioned


6. End-user also can keep or just remove the rollers in the stacker wheel assembly, if one of this is broken:





7. Restart the printer and check the media path.
