Sprout by HP - There is No Internet Connection After Setting Up the Computer

The computer may lose WiFi or LAN connectivity during the first use (out of the box). The issue may occur 20 to 40 minutes after the initial startup.
Restart the computer and make sure it is connected to the internet. The issue only occurs during the first out-of-the-box session.
To completely restart the computer hold the Shift key and click Shutdown.
