See HP LaserJet Print Cartridges and Imaging Drums Limited Warranty Statement (c01848047) (in English).

      caution:

  4. Check the print cartridge to see if it has HP on it. Genuine HP print cartridges are always printed with HP, Hewlett-Packard, or the HP logo ().
    • If the print cartridges are genuine HP print cartridges, reinsert the print cartridge into the correct slot, and then continue to the next step.
    • If the print cartridge is not a genuine HP print cartridge, replace it with a genuine HP print cartridge.
  5. Hold the print cartridge so that the imaging drum faces the bottom of the print cartridge drawer, and then insert the print cartridge into the correct slot.
