DESCRIPTION

A PC isn't charging message might display when the computer is connected to a E24D G4 FHD or E27D G4 QHD Advanced Docking Monitor.

This issue occurs when the computer is connected to the USB, USB-C, Display Port, or the LAN port on the Advance Docking Monitor using the Type-C cable.
