HP JetAdvantage On Demand - How to delete an HP JetAdvantage On Demand account profile

At times, it may be necessary to delete an HP JetAdvantage On Demand account profile. The steps to do this will depend on the type of account you wish to delete. To assist you, please refer to the steps provided for any of the following:
Delete the account of a user within a company
To delete an HP JetAdvantage On Demand user account, complete the following steps:
  1. Log into HP JetAdvantage On Demand.
  2. Click Manage Users.
  3. Enter the user’s name or email address in the Search field, and click Search.
  4. When you have located the user, click View Details.

  5. Click Delete.

Change the designation of an admin user within a company
To change the designation of an HP JetAdvantage On Demand admin user, complete the following steps:
  note:
Only HP JetAdvantage On Demand admin users can add/change admin role.
  1. Log into HP JetAdvantage On Demand.
  2. Click Manage Users.
  3. Enter the user’s name or email address in the Search field, and click Search.
  4. When you have located the user, click View Details.

  5. Use the check box to designate Company Admin status for this user.

  6. Click Save to save your changes.
Delete a company
  note:
It is important to note that completing these steps will DELETE your company’s account entirely. Please ensure that this is what you want to do.
  note:
Only an HP JetAdvantage On Demand company admin can delete a company account.
If you need to delete your company’s HP JetAdvantage On Demand account, please complete the following steps:
  1. Log into HP JetAdvantage On Demand.
  2. Click My Company.
  3. Under the Company Contact information, click Terminate Account.

  4. Select a reason for terminating the account, and enter your account password to Verify Password. Click Terminate Account.

User is unable to delete their own account
If you are not an HP JetAdvantage On Demand company admin and need to delete your account, send the request to your HP JetAdvantage On Demand company admin.
  note:
If you don’t know who your HP JetAdvantage On Demand company admin is, and don’t have admin rights, you cannot delete your account.
