HP Designjet 10ps, 20ps, 50ps, 30 and 130 Series Printers - Hardlock Error Message

The message Hardlock error is appearing on the computer.

Check whether a so-called "dongle emulator" is installed on the computer. If this is the case, the EFI Designer Edition software RIP for HP will not be able to find the inserted dongle. To solve the problem, delete or deactivate the software that is emulating a dongle on the USB bus.
