HP Digital Sender 9100c - Digital Sender 9100c Displays Processing for a Long Time

Issue:
When sending a black and white document to PC or e-mail the last page has been scanned the job status indicator may state PROCESSING for up to several minutes before the SENDING, then SENT status.
Solution
Upgrade the firmware to the most current version (5.01x). The firmware upgrade should be performed and tested for image processing performance.
Click here and enter HP Digital Sender 9100c to download the latest firmware.
You may use this procedure on newer units that already have the most current firmware. You can optionally reset the unit to Factory Defaults in the configuration menu using Tools button when configuration data is suspected to be inconsistent.
