HP Digital Sender 9100c - Unable to Change Network Fax File Format

Issue:
Unable to modify Network Fax file format using the embedded Web server tool. There is no drop box for some Lanfax vendors like Castelle to change the file format, and the default selection may be wrong and need to be changed.
Solution
Try changing the Lanfax vendor to RTEFAX or another vendor that allows multiple file types. Using the drop box, make the required change and press Apply. Once the new setting has taken, change the vendor back to the correct one and press Apply. You may now see the file format that you originally selected even though you are not able to change it.
Summary
Castelle may display: TIFF G4 Multipage but in fact requires the setting to be PCL5 uncompressed. This issue currently affects firmware version 5.01x other firmware versions may not exhibit this issue.
