To determine whether the printer has been connected to the cloud, access the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS) and view the pairing status.
This document provides instructions on how to access the EWS to check if the printer is connected to the cloud.
The information in this document applies to the following printer models:
This document does NOT apply to HP+ printer models as they must be connected to the cloud during initial setup.

HP LaserJet Pro MFP 3101-3108fdn/fdw Printer series
HP LaserJet Pro 4001-4004n/dn/dw Printer series
HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101-4104dw/fdn/fdw Printer series
To access the EWS, you will need the following information:
The printer's IP address
The Admin PIN (or the default PIN for the printer if the administrator has not changed it yet)
If you have the printer's IP address and the PIN, continue to the next section and follow the instructions to access the EWS.
If you do NOT have the printer's IP address or PIN, refer to the following document for instructions to obtain the IP address and/or the default PIN.

Follow these steps to access the Embedded Web Server (EWS) for the printer and navigate to the Web Services tab to view the printer pairing status.
