DESCRIPTION
The video content lags (slow), and there is no audio output heard from the external monitor. This occurs when the Movies & TV app is paused (for approximately 5 minutes), display mode is changed to Duplicate > Extend > Second screen only > Duplicate, and then playback mode resumed.

To recover from this issue, restart the computer.
