DESCRIPTION
The WLAN disconnects intermittently. Device Manager may display a warning (yellow exclamation mark) on the Intel WLAN card.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, refer to the HP Customer Support - Products page to download and install the latest WLAN driver to version 21.80.2.1 (or later):
NOTE: HP recommends downloading and reviewing README/Release Notes files before installing drivers, software and firmware.
  1. Refer to the following link to access the HP Customer Support - Products page.
    HP Customer Support - Products
  2. Enter your HP serial number, product number, or product name in the search field.
  3. Click Find.
  4. Click Software, Drivers & Firmware.
  5. Click the plus sign ( +) to expand Driver-Network.
  6. Download and install the latest Intel WLAN Driver to version 21.80.2.1 (or later).
