Samsung Laser Printers - Internet Explorer Site Does Not Print Correctly

When printing from Internet Explorer, the background images or colors might not show.
To resolve printing issues in Internet Explorer 9 or later, use these steps to try to print.
  1. Open Internet Explorer, if not already opened.
  2. Click the Setup gear icon in toolbar at the top of the web page.

  3. Highlight Print, and then select Page setup.

  4. Select the box beside Print Background Colors and Images.

  5. Click OK, to save the changes.
  6. Try to print again.
For those who use Internet Explorer 8 or earlier, use these steps:
  1. Open Internet Explorer, if not already opened.
  2. Click tools, and then select Internet Options.
  3. Click the Advanced tab.
  4. Cursor down the options to Printing, and then select the box beside Print Background Colors and Images.
  5. Click OK, to save the changes.
  6. Try to print again.
If Internet Explorer still doesn't allow you to print, check the printer for an error message. For help with error codes, go to your printer's Error Code and Troubleshooting document.
