HP Digital Sender 9100C - Finding the Total Number of Pages Scanned

To find the total number of pages that have been scanned, use the control panel of the digital sender or its embedded Web server.

Using the control panel

  1. At the control panel of the 9100c, press the Shift+Alt+Duplex keys simultaneously.
  2. After the keys are released, the display should read HP 9100c Self-Test.
  3. Immediately press and release the Shift+Alt+N keys simultaneously and the total page count should display.

Using the embedded Web server

To see the total page countby individual page counts ( for example, Fax, E-mail, etc.) use the embedded Web server of the digital sender.
  1. Type the digital sender's IP address or DNS hostname in the address bar of a Web browser.
    For some print servers, type the IP address or host name followed by ":4242". For example:
    • With HP Jetdirect 600n print server: http://169.254.20.10:4242
    • With Jetdirect 615n print server: http://169.254.20.10 (the port number designation: 4242 is not needed). The 615n print server is supported in a 9100c that has firmware version 5.0.
  2. On the home page under Device Information is the total number of pages by job type.
