HP has provided a software update for potentially affected products listed in the table below.

To obtain the updated software, go to the HP Security Manager and/or HP Web Jetadmin site, and then sign in with your HP account to access the download information form.


Please review the following mitigations:

  • Only new installations of the software will include the remediation upon initial configuration. Example: New Install of HPSM 3.10 will include the updated SQL Server Express 2022

  • Existing installs require the related patches provided by Microsoft Corporation or a new install of the latest version of the products listed below, to remediate the SQL Express vulnerability.
