HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP, HP OfficeJet Enterprise MFP, HP PageWide Enterprise MFP - Copy or scan a document into a booklet format

Use the Booklet Format feature to copy or scan two or more pages onto the front and back of one sheet of paper. The printer arranges the pages in the correct order.

For example, if the original document has four pages, the printer prints pages 1 and 4 on the same side of the page (see the figures below). Doing so allows you to fold the printed pages in the center to form a booklet.

Note:

The printer does not fold or staple the pages when using the Booklet Format feature.

If you choose the copy option, the printer will copy the pages and then immediately print the pages in the booklet format.

If you choose the scan option, the printer will scan the pages into a booklet format and save the file in the printer memory to be shared or printed at a later time.

Decide which method to use (copy or scan) and then click the appropriate section below for next steps.
