Adjust printer settings to print a document in a booklet format

Follow these steps to adjust the print settings for printing a document in a booklet format.

Note:

The print setting options will vary depending on the Windows version and Office applications or app.

  1. From the Office app, select the Print option.

  2. Select the printer, and then click Properties, Printer Properties, or Preferences.

  3. Click the Finishing tab.

  4. Select the Print on both sides check box.

  5. In the Booklet layout drop-down list, click the Left binding or Right binding option.

    The Pages per sheet option automatically changes to 2 pages per sheet.

  6. Click OK to close the printer settings or properties dialog box.

  7. In the Print dialog box, click OK or Print to print the job.

    Depending on your Windows version, click Apply to save the settings, and then click Print in the Print dialog box.
