Send in your product for repair

How it works: 4 easy steps

  1. Select the service

    Select Send your product in for repair in the options page. When requested, enter the address where you want the box shipped.

  2. Get the box

    After 2-3 business days, you will receive a box with a prepaid label to the address you have indicated.

  3. Send your defective unit to HP

    Follow the instructions located in the box to ship the defective unit to an HP repair center.

  4. Get your repaired unit

    After 5-10 business days, you will receive your repaired unit.

How long does it take to get my product repaired?

The entire process usually takes from 5-10 business days after you ship your defective unit to HP.

How can I ship my defective unit?

You should receive a box within 2-3 days after the case is created. The box includes a prepaid label and instructions on how to send your defective unit to HP. Place the defective unit inside the box and follow the shipping instructions.

I forgot to back up my data. Is there any way to recover it?

HP highly recommends that you back up your data, because data may need to be erased to fix your unit.

Am I qualified to use this service if there is any physical damage to the unit?
