Use these instructions to manage users and change sign-in settings.

1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Click User Management.

3. You can perform the following actions:

   • Change Password: Change your administrator password.

   • User Management: Change passwords for other users. You can also delete existing users from this section.

   • Create User: Add a new user and assign them a password.

Use these instructions to change what data is included in the export CSV file.

1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Find the Exchange Excel Data section.

3. Check or remove the selection from the check boxes next to the settings to customize what data is included in the export CSV file.

4. Click Apply to save the changes.

Use these instructions to change what charts you see in the Dashboard tab.

1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Click Add/Remove Categories.

3. Click the charts you want to see in the Dashboard tab.

4. Click Apply to save the changes.

Use these instructions to manage the monitors listed in the Display Status tab.

1. Select the check boxes next to the monitor or monitors that you want to manage.

   Note:

   To manage or view more detailed information on a single monitor, select the display icon found in the Status column of the display list.

2. Select from the following to view more options:

   • Screen Adjust: Adjust power settings, screen settings, OSD controls, black stretch, color presets, low blue light, and white point settings.

   • Advanced: Adjust extra features, update firmware, debug, or perform a factory reset.

   • Asset Management: Apply a profile, write a message to send the monitors, set theft deterrence options, and assign or create a tag to apply to the selected monitors.

Follow these steps to create a profile that you can assign to monitors.

1. On the Maintenance tab, find the Profile section.

2. In the Saved Profile drop-down menu, select Create New to create a new profile.

   – or –

   Select from a previously created profile name to modify an existing profile.

3. Make the necessary changes by selecting the check boxes next to the display options to enable the modification options.

4. For a new profile, enter a name and select Save.

   – or –

   For an existing profile, select Update to save the changes.
