It is not recommended to set the Computer name same as the Local User account name.
note:
If you do not see security questions after you select the Reset password link, make sure your device name isn't the same as your local user account name (the name you see when you sign in). To see your device name, right-click
Start in the taskbar, select
System, and scroll to the
Device specifications section. If the device name is the same as your account name, you can create a new administrator account, sign in as an administrator, and then rename your PC (when you view your device name, you can also rename it).
Option 1. Change the computer name from the Local User name.

Right click on the
Start button.

Select
System.

Click
Rename This PC.

Input a new Computer Name.

Next.

Restart now to restart the computer.
Option 2. Create a password reset disk on a USB flash drive.

Connect a USB drive to the computer.

Press the
Windows key + S on your keyboard to bring up the search bar.

Type
Control Panel.

Select
Control Panel.

Click on the
View by option in the drop down list and select
Large icons.

Click on
User Accounts.

Click on
Create a password reset disk.

Follow the on screen instructions to create the password reset disk. Always store the password reset disk in a safe place.
