Use the following procedure to check for jammed paper in Tray 2. When a jam occurs, the control panel displays an animation that assists in clearing the jam.

  1. Open the tray.
    Figure : Open the tray
  2. Gently remove any jammed paper from the tray.
    Figure : Remove any jammed paper
  3. Open the right door, by pulling up on the right latch.

  4. Gently remove any visible paper from the rollers.
    Figure : Remove any jammed paper
  5. Close the right door and the tray.
