HP Instant Ink - Stop a Cancellation

This document is for HP Instant Ink customers.
If you canceled your HP Instant Ink service, but changed your mind, you have until the end of the current billing cycle to stop the cancellation. Check the status of your cancellation, and then click the button to keep the enrollment. If the button to keep the enrollment is not available, you can re-enroll the printer.
  1. Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.
  2. Evaluate the printer Status.
    • If a Cancellation in Progress message displays in the My Account section, click Keep Enrollment, and then follow the on-screen prompts to stop the cancellation.

    • If a Not Enrolled message displays, or if the account page for the printer does not display, the cancellation has been completed. Follow the steps in Enroll in HP Instant Ink to re-enroll your printer.

  3. If you need help re-enrolling your printer, click Chat at the top of the page to open a chat with HP support (Chat is not available in all countries).

  4. To find a phone number for HP Support in your location, follow these steps:
    1. Click Contact HP Support in the Help Center area of the account page.

    2. On the HP Customer Support - Contact page, scroll down, and select your location and language.
    3. Click Show options.
      HP contact options display on the screen.
    4. Select Chat Now or Get Phone Number (Chat is not available in all countries).
    5. Fill in the form and then click Chat Now or Submit.
    6. For phone support, call the number displayed and be prepared to provide the case number that is displayed on the contact page.
