HP Touchpoint Manager - Downloading and Installing the HP Touchpoint Manager Client

This document describes how to download and install the HP Touchpoint Manager client and enroll your device.
After you have created an HP Touchpoint Manager account, you must configure your company’s default settings. HP predefines most of these settings as recommendations. You should review and adjust them to suit your environment. For example, mobile device management security policy is set to a four digit pin. If you don’t want to force this policy, change the default policy to None. If your environment requires a higher security level, then you change the default from Standard to Enhanced or Maximum.
You must download and install the HP Touchpoint Manager client on each device that you wish to enroll before you and the administrator can manage the device. The client allows you to access HP Touchpoint Manager from the computer's taskbar.
HP Touchpoint Manager supports up to five devices per user.
  note:
If you have not already signed up for HP Touchpoint Manager, please see the HP support document Signing up for HP Touchpoint Manager for instructions on how to sign up.
  note:
If you participated in any of the closed Betas for HP Touchpoint Manager, you must delete the device from your devices list and uninstall the application on all iOS devices currently registered. After the APN certificate has been linked to your company’s account you can re-enroll your devices.
  note:
If you have Apple devices, you will need to also configure APN certificate. For more information, please see the HP support document How do I request an Apple Push Notification (APN) certificate?.
