Troubleshooting the HP Action Cam ac200 and ac2000w

This document applies to solving problems with the HP Action Cam ac200 and ac200w.
The following sections provide solutions to some problems and questions associated with your camcorder.

Troubleshooting

The waterproof case is leaking
The waterproof case lock has dirt or sand or foreign objects around it.
Clean the area with a damp cloth and allow to dry.
The waterproof sealing material is not working.
The waterproof sealing material should be replaced once a year
The waterproof case may have been cracked.
Contact your dealer for a replacement.
The battery LED is flashing red.
The battery is almost used up.
Replace with a new battery or charge the battery.
Nothing happens when the Shutter button is pressed.
The microSD card is full. You cannot take photos or record videos at this point.
Transfer the microSD card files to the computer or delete the files in the microSD card.
Nothing happens when the Shutter button is pressed. “000” appears on the screen.
The microSD card may have compatibility issues.
Format the microSD card first using the camcorder (Delete menu). If it still does not work, format the microSD card using the PC.
The microSD card is not inserted.
Insert the microSD card.
