HP ePrint is a secure cloud-based service that lets you print from anywhere with an active Internet connection. You can send print jobs from your computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone as long as you have access to an email account. Go to

Send a print job from your email account:

Sign in to your email account, and then create a new email.

Type your printer's email address in the To field, and then type a subject in the email subject line.

Attach the document or photo you want to print, and then send the email.
Send a print job from HP Connected:

Find the printer you want to print from, and then click the printer's email address.
A new window opens with the printer's email address already in the To field.

Type a subject in the email subject line.

Attach the document or photo you want to print, and then send the email.
Manage Allowed Senders:

Click My Printers in your HP Connected account.

Under ePrint Access, select Allowed.

In the text box, type the email address you want to allow access, and then click Add.
Change ePrint job preferences:
By default, ePrint uses the following print settings.

Print quality: Normal
-
Print color: Full color
-
Paper size for emails: Letter or A4
-
Paper size for image attachments: 101.6 x 152.4 mm (4 x 6 in)

Number of prints: 1
-
Paper orientation: Identical to the original document

1-sided printing
For eligible printers, additional preferences are available through HP Connected. Click My Printers on your account page to change the following settings.

Print in color or monochrome

Select plain or photo paper

Enable 2-sided (duplex) printing
