HP ProBook Notebook PC - "plugged in, not charging" Message in System Tray

ProBook notebook PCs display plugged in, not charging message when the mouse is rolled over the power icon in the system tray.

Details

Notebooks will display this message when the battery has been charged to 100% the notebook will then allow the battery to discharge down to 94%.
Once the battery level hits 94% the message will change to plugged in, charging until the battery level hits 100% again.
This is not a fault, this is normal behavior.
