DESCRIPTION
The Intel Optane memory should be placed in the M.2 Slot 2 on the 800 G3 All in One Systems. The memory will function in M.2 Slot 1, but it is not supported when placed in the M.2 Slot 1 memory slot.

RESOLUTION
The Intel Optane Memory is not supported when placed in the M.2 Slot 1 memory slot. Place the Optane memory in the M.2 Slot 2 memory slot. The green highlight is the supported M2 slot 2:
