DESCRIPTION
The computer does not deny access to Bluetooth devices by physically pressing the hardware button or using the systray application. This issue only occurs when Bluetooth access settings are set to Allow by the HP Device Access Manager.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, change Access to Deny for the Bluetooth Device Class.
  1. Select Device Permissions.
  2. Select Change, select On for Device Access Manager with Just In Time Authentication.
  3. Select Affected Users under Groups on this PC.
  4. Under Access, select Deny for the Bluetooth Device class.
