At least once a week, do the following:

Inspect all nips and rollers for scratches.

Clean all nips and rollers.

Inspect the impression roller.

Clean the impression roller with IPA.

Inspect the internal buffer system rails. Grease if you see dry rails or serious ink leaks
At least once a month, do the following:

Inspect all belts for cracks.

Check the tension of each belt.
-
Verify that the bristles of both electrostatic brushes are straight and point towards the substrate.
-
At the unwinder, grease the expanding shaft gear and rollers.
-
Inspect the unwinder active dancer grease nipples. Lubricate if needed.
-
Inspect the rewinder moving shelf grease nipples. Lubricate if needed.
-
Inspect and grease the drive unit gears.
