HP iPAQ 210 Series Pocket PC - SPB Backup Software Does Not Work with CF Card on the iPAQ

Issue
When the customer uses the SPB Backup application and takes a backup on the CF card, the CF card slot stops working.
The CF card slot starts working only after a factory reset.
Solution
This is a known issue with the SPB Backup application. It is not an issue with the HP iPAQ 210 Series Pocket PC.
To resolve this issue, ask the customer to contact technical support for the SPB software. Click here to go to the "Technical support for SPB software" website (http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/support/?en).
The customer can try other backup applications, such as Sprite Backup, which do not show this issue.

HP does not recommend or support any third-party applications that have not been certified by HP. The previously mentioned third-party applications have not been tested or certified by HP.
