The printer is not being recognized by the EFI Designer Edition software RIP.
Solution
Usually, the problem can be remedied by updating the printer firmware. Click here to check for available firmware downloads at http://www.designjet.hp.com/downloads.html?ticket=jqTdE60O57&pageseq=52699281. Otherwise, it is recommended to turn the printer on first, before starting the computer.
