RESOLUTION
Resolve the issue using one of the following options:
Option 1: Use the USB Docking (HP USB-C universal Dock) GUI switch to extended mode.
Option 2: Use Windows default display setting to switch to extended mode.
Option 3: Use F1 Display (Fn+F1) to switch to extended mode.
