Keyboard and Mouse Not Working After Factory Reset (Windows 10)
If you completed a factory reset using HP Recovery Manager and your keyboard and mouse are now unresponsive, use the following steps.
note:The steps in this document only apply if you completed a factory reset using HP Recovery Manager.

Turn off the computer.

Unplug the power cord.

Leave the power cord unplugged for at least 60 seconds.

Plug in the power cord.
-
Turn on the computer.
The keyboard and mouse should now be responsive.
