DESCRIPTION
When streaming video with audio in Internet Explorer or Windows Media Player on systems described in the "Scope' the following blue screen error may appear:

After the issue occurs, the system must be power cycled to recover.
The issue is caused by the audio driver. It occurs intermittently and usually only after streaming video for approximately one hour.

RESOLUTION
HP has written SoftPaqs that upgrade the Microsoft Windows XPe image to version 5.1.323 (or later) and resolve the issue. Each SoftPaq is for a different language/MUI. Download the appropriate SoftPaq using the URL below:
After navigating to the URL above, locate and click the HP Compaq Thin Clients Microsoft Windows XP Embedded Image link, then select the appropriate language version and click the Download button. Read the instructions carefully before proceeding.
