Turn the product off and then on.

Clear the jam from the location indicated. The job should continue to print. If it does not, try reprinting the job.

|
When printing an internal configuration page, the printer will display a 49 error (2180185) with firmware version 20120131.
|
This is a known issue with firmware version 20120131 . If the default language on the printer is set to anything other than English, and the user tries to print a configuration page, it will display 49 Error (2180185).
The solution is to update the printer's firmware to the latest firmware version at www.hp.com.
