Overview

The system uses a Compaq BIOS. The Setup Utility is used to change the system BIOS configuration.

Starting Setup Utility

To use the Setup Utility:

Turn on or restart the computer.
When the blinking cursor appears in the upper-right portion of the screen, press F10.
Select a task from the following menus: File, Security, or Advanced.

Closing the Setup Utility

To close the Computer Setup utility:

Select the File menu.
Choose either Ignore changes and exit or Save changes and exit, and then press Enter.
When you are prompted to confirm your choice, press F10.
