If your computer has Virtualization Based BIOS Security and Sure Click Enterprise (SCE) or Sure Access Enterprise (SAE) enabled, you are prompted to restart your computer every time that you start it. To resolve this issue, disable Virtualization Based BIOS Security.
Use the following table to determine if Virtualization Based BIOS Security conflicts with SCE or SAE on your computer.

To determine if Hyper-V is enabled on your computer, search for and open System Information to run the Windows System Information app. If Virtualization-based security is set to Running, Hyper-V is enabled.
On certain business PCs with BIOS version 01.00.00 or higher, enabling Virtualization Based BIOS Security also enables a firmware hypervisore. SAE and, in some cases, SCE also install a hypervisor. In these cases, the conflict between the hypervisors causes HP Wolf Security to prompt you to restart the computer.
Until a BIOS update is available, disable Virtualization Based BIOS Security to avoid any issues.
HP recommends that you re-enable Virtualization Based BIOS Security after the BIOS update has been applied.
If you have a BIOS Admin Password or Sure Admin password enabled, you must authenticate your credentials to complete this procedure.
