To contact HP Support via email, send an email to PrintSolutions.Support@hp.com and include the following information when submitting your support request:

Solution Name

Solution Version (if available)

Troubleshooting already performed
A case manager will take your request and promptly create a case for support.
The support team will reply to your email providing a case number for reference.

To contact HP Support for supply or service related help via phone, use the following tables to find the phone number:
Prior to contacting HP for support, please be prepared to provide the following:

Solution name (e.g. Capture and Route, HP Workpath, Secure Print, Udocx, etc.)

SAID (Service Agreement ID)

Call the country-specific number provided in the following sections:

At the first voice prompt, say “Software.”

State the “Software” or “Solution” name, such as:

Provide the call agent with your contact information and your Service Agreement ID (SAID) (if you have one). If you do not have the SAID, request that the agent “please use the Provisional SAID process.”
You will be routed to the Software Support center.
Note:Subscription based solutions do not have a SAID. Support is included for the life of the Term.

To contact HP Support for supply or service related help, follow these steps to submit a web request and be contacted by a support agent.

Go to MyHPSupport.

Sign in with an HP Sign-In account.

In the Use Serial Number field, type the solution name, and then select Create case.

Type the name of the solution and your Service Agreement ID (SAID) number, if available.

Complete the required case information and then select Submit.
An agent will contact you after receiving your request.
