HP PrinterOn Enterprise - Microsoft Intune application permission requirements

When configuring the Microsoft Intune application to work with the PrinterOn Enterprise solution, additional configurations must be put in place to allow transferring and receiving data from other applications; this can be accomplished through Application Policy (allow content to be shared).
The options available are:
  • Policy Managed Apps
  • All apps
  • None
An application policy must be defined within Microsoft Azure with PrinterOn included as a targeted application. The PrinterOn application must be allowed receiving/sending data to managed applications. Access can be controlled by either a PIN or a the organizational credentials (these settings are identified by the systems administrator). The other settings available in the application policy can remain default, or can be refined further.

note:
Applies to PrinterOn Enterprise 3.x and later.
