DESCRIPTION
The computer stops responding when an external display is connected through the VGA or DP ports. The computer may stop responding randomly. The issue may occur several times during normal use.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow the instruction below to update the BIOS and the graphic driver.
  1. Update the BIOS to version 1.22.
  2. Update the graphic driver to version 17.10.3601.1004.
