HP OfficeJet 7510 Printers - Replacing Ink Cartridges

  caution:

Never turn off the printer or attempt to print when an ink cartridge has been removed from the printer. Doing so can damage the ink system, cause the printhead to leak ink, or cause print quality problems.

1. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2. Open the ink cartridge access door.
   Wait until the carriage is idle and silent before you proceed.

3. Push in on the front of the ink cartridge to release it, and then pull it toward you to remove it from its slot.

4. Remove the new ink cartridge from its package.
5. Hold the new ink cartridge so that the cartridge contacts face the printer.
6. Slide the new ink cartridge into its slot, and then gently push it forward until it locks into place.

   note:

   Make sure that the letter on the ink cartridge matches the letter and colored dot on the ink cartridge slot.

7. Repeat these steps to replace other ink cartridges if needed.
8. Close the ink cartridge access door.

   Your ink cartridges have been installed.
