HP LaserJet Enterprise M604, M605, M606 - 13.Ax.FF paper tray jams

A 13.Ax.FF paper jam error usually occurs when the printer is turned on with a paper jam, or a torn piece of paper remains in the printer blocking a sensor. The X indicates which paper tray is affected.
Solution
The paper might have torn when a jam was removed.
Step one: Check for jammed paper
Clear any jammed paper from the printer. For instructions, refer to one of the following documents:
If paper is not visible, look inside the printer behind the tray.
Step two: Clear the paper path
A small piece of torn paper or debris might block the paper path. The procedure to clear the paper path is referred to as flossing.

Step three: Contact HP
If a jam message persists, contact HP technical support to perform additional troubleshooting steps.
