- Up/Down Arrow buttons – Used to increase/decrease the number of copies to be made, and to adjust the light/dark and reduce/enlarge settings.
- Reduce/Enlarge Indicator LED (Active when lit) - Use the arrow keys to adjust the reduce/enlarge setting for the next copy job.
- Light/Dark Indicator LED (Active when lit) - Use the arrow keys to adjust the light/dark setting for the next copy job.
- Number of Copies Indicator LED (Active when lit) - Use the arrow keys to adjust the number of copies for the next copy job.
- Copy Settings Toggle button - Used to switch between the 3 copy settings available.
- Copy button – Press to make a copy with current settings.
- Cancel button – Used to cancel a print job, scan, or copy job.
- Toner LED – Blinks when there is an issue with the toner (problem with cartridge, missing cartridge, etc).
- Attention LED – Blinking when there is an issue.
- Power LED – Solid when in a ready state, and blinking when busy.
- Copy settings button – Press button to scroll through available copy settings (reduce/enlarge, # of copies, light/dark, etc.).
- Setup button – Brings up the menu on the screen.
- Left/Right Arrow buttons – Used to navigate through the menus and options.
- OK button – Used to confirm a change in a menu.
- Copy button – Press to make a copy with current settings.
- Back button – Used to back out of menus to the home screen.
- Send Fax button – Press to initiate a fax.
- Redial button – Used to retry a fax, or redial the last fax recipient.
