Why is the Shortcuts tile missing in the HP Smart app?
The Shortcuts tile might be missing if you are not signed in to an HP Smart account, the tile is disabled, or the printer
does not support Shortcuts.

Open the HP Smart app, and then click the Shortcuts tile on the app home screen.

From My Shortcuts, create a new or edit an existing Shortcut.

To create a new Shortcut, click Add Shortcut, and then select Create your own Shortcut.
