DESCRIPTION
The Next button becomes unavailable or appears disabled on the second Register and Protect screen. This occurs when the Next button is clicked repeatedly during initial computer setup (OOBE).

RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, do not to click the next button continuously on the Register and Protect. Press the Back arrow to return to the first Register and Protect screen and go through the registration process again.
