HP Chromebook 14 - Cannot Connect to Internet or Internet Connection Drops Frequently

The computer fails to connect to the internet or the internet connection drops frequently.
Restart the computer to restore and stabilize the internet connection then update the Chrome operating system to stable channel update 51.0.2704.79 (or later) to resolve the issue.
