DESCRIPTION
The computer does not display the Ctrl+I option to open the RAID configuration utility when it is restarting. This occurs when Smart Response Technology (SRT) is disabled, even if Ctrl+I is selected in BIOS.

The computer is operating as designed. Functionality is not impacted when SRT and CTRL+I are not available.
