DESCRIPTION
Any DASH functionality may not work on HP Z-workstation configured with a Broadcom 5761 Gigabit PCIe NIC, as described in the Scope section.
Symptoms:
After connecting to the IP address and DASH management port of the remote system in the scope of this document, the user may encounter one of the following problems:
- Fail to wake up the system after power shutdown
- Fail to make a connection to the HP Client management Web View

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, install Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet Plus NIC Firmware version 4.0.
HP has written a SoftPaq SP51165 that resolves the issue. Download the SoftPaq and read the instructions carefully before proceeding.
SoftPaq SP51165 may not be the latest available version of the software. Search for this SoftPaq or later versions using the following link.
